the hotel location was ideal i found. it sits in a lively neighborhood. i really liked the supportive and helpful staff. the hotel promptly provided another room when our room had an issue and gave us a free late checkout, i thought that was wonderful.

the room was very spacious, it had a work desk and a sofa where i could sit. the hotel also offered many amenities, including a swimming pool and fitness center. i found that there was a restaurant with international cuisine and a bar serving refreshing beverages.
the room phone could not reach the front desk, so i needed to go to the lobby for service. i noticed the smell in the lobby area was not very pleasant.

the location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

The condition of the room was pretty disappointing. the kettle was broken, and some shelves were not in good condition. the area felt unsafe, especially with it being predominantly muslim. It felt disrespectful as a european woman.

I found the staff attentive. They remembered our names (it felt so personal!). the room was always super clean because of the thorough daily housekeeping service. the hotel's proximity to public transport made exploring so easy.
